Details

Heat

YES it will be HOT! Average temperatures for August are 100° high and 70° low. A/C is a must for daytime travel. It will not be necessary to be outside in the heat of the day if staying at the motel.

Travel

If you're flying in, Ontario Airport is a closer and less hectic alternative to LAX. If you'd like to arrange for airport pick up or car pooling options, let us know! (Ann's parents live in Redlands, about 30 minutes from Ontario Airport).

Camping

If you would like camp we have we have group sites reserved for Friday and Saturday night at Indian Cove. Please let us know if you plan to camp there. However, we really don't recommend this because of the daytime heat.

Parking at Indian Cove

Parking is limited, please carpool to the group sites. Parking at group sites 5,6, & 7 only. Make sure to get a parking pass from Bob Fish when you get there.
